How does The Story Time Experience Work?
The Story Time expereince is a memorable day that your family will talk about for a long time. We help you ensure that your story lives on with your future genrations....forever. As soon as you walk in, you are the star!
1) Start with a Red carpet event for the star and their close family. (walk the red carpet, take pictures and videos)
2) Then Enter our Live Set OR we can stage a professional set at your place (lights, camera, action!)
3) It's Interview Time: with questions you help us prepare so we don't miss a single detail. Your family members can all be present (unless you are too shy to speak on camera in front of them), enjoying and admiring your story as you tell it!
Additional services you can add if you wish:
- A hair and make up artist to prepare you for the big screen.
- A professional photographer on set so they can take behind the scene pictures as we film.
- Food catering for you and your guest to enjoy before or after filming.

When you book an expereince we bill you 1/3 the cost to reserve the date, 1/3 cost 1 week before filming, 1/3 before sending you the final Movie File. In other words, your payment will be broken down into 3 parts, you will not be billed all upfront.
Mini StoryTime
30 Minute Video Interview
Come in to our studios and feel like a Million bucks. You will be sharing your story in a quick 30 minute format at our production studios. You will feel the glam of being the star once you sit down on our live set. Bring Guest to watch your taping live if you wish.
Once we are finished, we will send you the edited mini movie file so you can keep it and share it forever!

60 minute podcast interview
Come in to our professional Production Room and Record a 20 minute podcast interview. You will live the experience of being in a real studio, sharing your amazing story to live forever through Audio.
Once we are finished, we will send you the edited mini audio file so you can keep it and share it forever!

Then the taping occurs for around 2 hrs with friends and family present to enjoy. This filming takes place at our professional production studio and we will record a Video interview (2 angles) so future generations will not only hear your voice, but see you in real time. This is what story time is all about.
(We are also able to stage a set at a place of your choosing if you wish to record professionally in your home. Additional cost varies depending on location)
Once we are finished, we will send you the Video file so you can keep it and share it forever!

Documentary
Documentary Style Interview
The Real Deal. You will be greeted with a Red Carpet Experience pre recording for you and guest to enjoy. Then the taping occurs for around 2 hrs with friends and family present to enjoy. This filming takes place at our professional production studio and we will record a Video interview (2 angles) so future generations will not only hear your voice, but see you in real time.
Additionally: we will set up another day of filming where we will go and film you documentary style at two additional places of your choosing. Want to show off a childhood home? Or show the place where you met your spouse? We will go with you and film you at that location for additional footage.
We will also ask that you send us pictures and video as additional footage to include within your documentary interview.
(We are also able to stage a set at a place of your choosing if you wish to record professionally in your home. Additional cost varies depending on location)

Frequently Asked Questions
When does filming take place?
When you book an experience with us either online or over the phone with a representative, a Rep will call you shortly after to help you schedule your Storytime Experience.
How many guest am I allowed to bring to the studio?
We allow up to 10 additional guest aside from your Star to come in and be present during the taping.
Do we have to film at your studios?
If you choose the most basic package, you will be interviewed via telephone from home. However, for any of the other packages that include video, we can film the interview at the place of your choosing for an additional cost. Our crew will set up the Red Carpet, Lights, Camera and other equipment we need.
How does payment work?
When you book an experience, we take 1/3 of the payment upfront to book your filming day. 2 days before your experience we process another 1/3 of the total amount. The day that we send you your Recording/Video, we process the remaining 1/3 of the total amount.
What happens the day of the experience?
A staff member will call you to coordinate everything. Depending on what experience and add ons you purchase, details may vary. When you arrive, you and your guest are greeted with a one of a kind red carpet experience where for 30 minutes you can take pictures and welcome your guest. We then escort you to our production room where the interview will take place. Your guest are able to sit in and watch the interview taping...they can even pitch in! After we are done, you are allowed to hang out for another 15 minutes to take more pictures. If you purchased catering, hair or make up, website creation, behind the scenes photographer or any other add ons, we will coordinate with you the have those tings ready for when you arrive.
How long will it take for me to receive the final product?
It takes our staff anywhere from 2 to 4 weeks to finish editing the taping. These interviews are the highest possible quality, therefore a lot of attention to detail goes into our craft...good things come to those who wait!
Am allowed to send in pictures or videos to include in the final video interview?
Our staff will coordinate with you key moments in the interviews where family or memory pictures would be nice to include in the interview video. Upon finishing our recording, we will then ask you to send us pictures so our editor can add them into key moments in the video interview edit.
Where will we be able to watch/listen to our recordings?
Our staff will be sending you the file of your interview via a google drive folder. We recommend for you to download it as you as you receive it and store it as you wish. You also have the option to add on a personalized website. Our staff will create a personalized website where the interview will be uploaded to. On this website, we will also include any behind the scenes pictures, photo memories and video memories you would like for us to include. This website is ideal as it will be easily accessible 24/7 anywhere around the world as long as you have an internet connection.
How many experiences can I book?
you can book as many Story Time experiences as you see fit! Many people share their story of their life, marriage, work life, successes and so on! Your stories might be so juicy that you may need various interviews for multiple awesome stories you have.
